Design
PCS is a leading network infrastructure architect, focusing exclusively on delivering value through solutions based services that are highly reliable, scalable and secure. Our focused expertise in information security includes a broad range of services ranging from security policy assessment and development to cutting edge PKI design and implementation.

PCS optical and network design capabilities offer customers scalable services ranging from physical route review, EIA optical link budgets, complete duct-cable asbuilts, optical trace storage-analysis, network traffic analysis, diversity studies, and vendor selection, as well as convergent technology considerations.

All project designs comply with ANSI/TIA/EIA/BICSI standards.

Installation
Once a network solution has been designed PCS will oversee the installation of the network. PCS has considerable experience installing fiber optic cable, electrical cable, surveillance equipment, as well as hard-wired and wireless networks.

Integration
PCS is also experienced in installing additions to pre-existing networks. Our networks are designed to integrate seamlessly with your current network. We can increase your network bandwidth, tie multiple sites onto a single network, and increase your network footprint.

Maintenance
PCS has extensive experience in network maintenance and repair. We offers maintenance contracts on all of our work, and even if we weren't the original contractor, we will gladly help you get your network working at peak perfomance. Weather your network has a break in a fiber optic line, or just needs some routine maintenance; PCS can take care of any and all of your network repair and maintenance needs.

Asset Management
PCS has developed a state of the art Asset Management system called FiberTrak. While the standard in the industry has in the past been poorly organized or outright obsolete infrastructural information, PCS is working to change that. PCS can catalogue your pre-existing network as well as any network we install ourselves.

Training
PCS has developed comprehensive, integrated training programs to meet the needs of designers, installers and end users of fiber optic networks. Our courses are structured for each application’s unique needs: Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), telecommunications, CATV, security and CCTV, local & wide area networks, and power utility automation control (SCADA).

PCS has extensive engineering, installation and market experience which contributes to the development of our challenging and comprehensive curriculum. Our training program offers a challenging curriculum based on Corning Cable Systems' extensive product, engineering and installation experience. Standard courses are scheduled throughout the year at our training facilities in Hickory, North Carolina; and Keller, Texas; and at regional locations across the country.

PCS Training features include:
· Fiber optic installation, maintenance and design
· Fiber optic system testing and troubleshooting
· Courses taught at locations throughout the country or at customer site
· On-the-job training upon request
· Courses taught by current, experienced engineers and technicians who rotate between classroom and field projects
· State-of-the-art instruction including a "system" versus an "individual product" approach
· Course design based on technical theory and extensive field experience, the continuous update of content and materials, and utilization of the latest products and installation techniques
· Small class sizes to encourage student/instructor interaction and to allow maximum hands-on training
· The highest level of hands-on training in the optical industry (80-90%)
