Since our inception in 1990, PCS has completed thousands of fiber optic installation projects exceeding 4000 miles, while being recognized for the highest Quality of Service within our industry.

PCS has developed comprehensive training programs that meet the needs of designers, installers and end users of fiber optic networks. Each course is structured for each unique need: intelligent transportation systems (ITS), telecommunications, CATV, security and CCTV, local and wide area networks (LAN & WAN), and power utility automation control (SCADA). PCS has extensive engineering, installation and market experience which contributes to the development of our challenging and comprehensive curriculum.
